We’re looking for an experienced Senior Pensions Administrator to join our team in Redhill, working primarily with Defined Contribution (DC) pension schemes.

As a Senior Pensions Administrator, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service while mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to the wider success of the team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Be a senior team member in the delivery of high-quality pensions administration for DC pension schemes.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for technical queries and non-standard cases.
• Review and check the work of junior colleagues to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and regular feedback to help develop team members’ skills and confidence.
• Support the Team Leader by overseeing day-to-day workflow and deputising when required.
• Assist in complex or project-based work, including complaints and process improvement.
• Proactively identify ways to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

• Strong experience in DC pensions administration, ideally within an occupational pensions environment.
• Proven ability to mentor, support, and guide junior colleagues.
• A confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standards of work.
