We’re looking for a detail-driven Pensions Project Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality client implementations, systems developments, and project work across both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution schemes.
What you’ll do:
• Analyse and maintain high-quality pension data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support the successful delivery of client projects and new system implementations.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Provide expert input on pension administration processes, reporting, and calculations.
• Drive business improvement by contributing ideas to enhance efficiency and client service.
What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years’ experience in pension administration.
• Strong technical knowledge of DB and DC schemes.
• Excellent Excel and data analysis skills.
• Confident communicator with a sharp eye for detail.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and change management.
