Pensions Project Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in defined benefit pensions administration? We are looking for someone like you to join a dynamic team and lead a diverse range of complex, client-facing projects. From scheme implementations and benefit changes to GMP equalisation, de-risking strategies, and pensions dashboard delivery, you'll be at the forefront of impactful work that shapes the future of pension services.

In this role, you'll manage projects from start to finish, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll work collaboratively across departments, guide and mentor junior team members, and play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement. With your strong communication skills, organisational mindset, and ability to manage risk and change, you'll ensure clients are always well-informed and confident in project progress.

We’re looking for someone with in-depth experience in DB, DC, and insured pension schemes, ideally with both trust-based and insurance-based knowledge. Your proven track record in pensions administration projects, combined with strong client relationship skills and a proactive approach, will help you thrive in this role.
