We are seeking an individual who wants to achieve their potential. Someone who has at least 3
years’ experience in administering defined benefit pension schemes, both doing the work and checking colleagues work as well.
The role specifically includes the following:
• Ensuring work undertaken by the administration and consultancy teams is done in accordance with procedures and processes
• Preparing and checking member calculations and communications to ensure that they are clear and accurate
• Working with scheme consultants to develop and implement each scheme’s annual business plan which includes:
• Preparing governance reports and documentation and ensuring all governance matters are dealt with in good time
• Preparing agendas and meeting packs for trustee meetings
• Project management and technical support on key administration projects e.g. data cleansing exercises, GMP equalisation, onboarding of data for new admin clients.
• Running payroll every month
You will have the opportunity to work on all aspects of defined benefit pensions.
