As an expert Pensions Administrator, you’ll be a highly organized and detail-oriented with experience of administrating occupational pension schemes (DB experience is essential)
You’ll be responsible for the allocation of cases, performing and checking both automated and manual calculations. As a Senior or Lead Administrator you’ll be responsible for the training and mentoring less experienced pensions administrators.
Your duties will be varied and include - carrying out and checking pension administration tasks and calculations accurately and in accordance with internal processes and adhering to company policies and governing regulations. You will be liaising with scheme members through a variety of channels including email, letter or telephone and preparing and checking member correspondence and client reports, managing cashflows, investments/disinvestments and invoices.
