You will work closely with senior leadership to shape and implement innovative strategies that align with the company's vision for the future. Your managerial acumen will be crucial in leading a dynamic team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
As a member of the Executive Management Team you will be contributing to the strategy, governance and management of Pension Services. With specific responsibility for the quality and efficiency of services provided to all members and participating employers. You will be responsible for the effective leadership and management of the DB and DC Member Administration, Reconciliations and Payroll teams. Along with the wider EMT and Trustee Board, the position also fulfils the role of Scheme Strategist from an authorised Master Trust perspective.
