Working for this leading pension's consultancy you will be responsible for proactively managing a team engaged in a variety of tasks related to these key projects.
The role is pivotal in providing an effective and consistent service to clients, so you will seek to have a clear understanding of client profitability and expected service, manage an effective and well trained group of Administrators, as well as deliver a service in a customer focussed and conscientious manner, ensuring customers are treated fairly at all times.
To be a success in this role you will have previous experience of managing a Pensions Administration Team, as well as have proven experience of coaching and developing a team.
