Are you an experienced Client Relationship Manager looking for a new challenge? We have an excellent opportunity for you to join one of the UK's largest and most successful Pension Consultancy firms where you will be responsible for developing the overall relationship with a key client for the admin business, maintaining high levels of satisfaction with the service from both the client and members alike.
You will initially be providing excellent support to the senior consultant with a view to ultimately taking over the reins and being the lead CRM, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of client work.
If you would rather work on a portfolio of clients we also have a role for this too, which may be more to your liking if you prefer greater variety, working on various schemes of different shapes and sizes.
You will be looking after the day-to-day management of client relationships with trustees, scheme members and corporate clients. The duties are varied and will include preparing for and where appropriate participating in trustee meetings, acting as the point of contact for client queries and audits across a wide range of areas, including operational and automation.
You will also manage the on-boarding and implementation of new client schemes and undertake client reviews and ensure action plans are put into place where appropriate.
We are looking for someone with extensive experience working within the admin business of a third party administrator. The role requires you to have a combination of strong technical skills and the ability to manage client relationships at a senior level.
