Are you an occupational pension's specialist with Pensions Administrator level experience? If yes, this permanent role working with a really friendly and welcoming in-house pension's team, in a creative environment could be your next ideal career move, especially if you enjoy mainly homeworking, as this role only requires you to pop to their London office just once a week.

Your new role will be to provide daily pension’s administration support as a member of the Pensions Team, by the processing of routine tasks across all of the pensions currently in operation within the organisation, and deliver a comprehensive and timely member focused pension's service to all stakeholders. You will be able to work in an accurate and timely manner, in line with scheme rules, and legislative requirements, and organise and prioritise workloads according to required deadlines and fluctuating workloads to meet the business needs.

You will promote membership of the pension scheme through the provision of factual information covering the benefits available to prospective and active members of the pension schemes available through this employer and then complete all transactional processing in line with the organisation's Automatic Enrolment duties to ensure compliance, and answer internal and external enquiries, and provide the appropriate standardised responses promptly. You will ensure the transactional processing of data is completed in an accurate and timely manner in line with both payroll and the schemes' deadline dates on a daily/weekly/monthly basis as required, and calculate and check all pension estimate types, and provide a response to the relevant stakeholder.

You will also get involved in work like contacting scheme members in relation to unpaid absences, and provide the information to enable them to purchase lost pension as appropriate, responding to routine TP service record queries and processing “missing service” updates. You will complete in-house information due to be submitted to the scheme administrators.

You may be asked to cover for colleagues' absence and undertake different elements of work to your core role. This is a super opportunity to widen your knowledge and skills base in occupational pensions.
