If you are seeking to utilise your DC administration experience in a new role, working for this small pension's consultancy firm could be the job you have been waiting for.
Managing a portfolio of trust-based occupational pension schemes predominantly in the process of winding up, working closely with insolvency practitioners.
Duties will include producing and submitting accurate claims to the Redundancy Payments Service for arrears of unpaid pension contributions, as well as ensuring that monthly invoicing targets are met, whilst delivering a compliant and efficient service to clients and pension scheme members.
Using your good communication skills you will forge strong relationships with clients, pension providers and members using effective and regular communication, but avoiding the use of industry jargon.
You will also continually look for ways to improve efficiencies and therefore company profitability whilst dealing with various member events such as transfer requests, winding-up lump sum payments and early retirement.
Ideally you will have experience of DC Trust wind-up work though a background in DC admin and/or compliance would also be of use.
