If you possess a good understanding of the inner workings of GMP reconciliation, rectification and equalisation and are looking to bring this knowledge into a new project management position then we may have the role for you!
This role is also open to a more junior project manager who is earlier in their career, as well as those more experienced. A strong support and training system will be in place for you if required, to help you grow into the role and be a success.
Working for this leading pensions admin consultancy in a potentially home-based role, you will work as part of a team which will oversee and deliver the more complex projects to clients, both trustee and corporate, with a primary focus on DB pension schemes and GMP.
You will demonstrate excellent influencing and interpersonal skills to enable you to effectively communicate with all stakeholders in a project, from clients to other advisers and colleagues involved in the project.
To be a success in this role your proven project management skills alongside experience in monitoring budgets, project scope and change control will be utilised. You will also have the ability to identify, monitor and report key risks and decisions during a project life cycle.
