They have a longstanding in-house pension department, with a friendly in-house team of pension's specialists all striving to offer the best of in-house pension provision. The closed Defined Benefit (recognised as one of the top pension schemes in the UK) is administered in-house by the team, whilst the competitive Defined Contribution offering is external as is the pension auto-enrolment scheme. This role also deals with the pensions life cover.
So what is our client seeking from you? The same as all the rest of the team, to provide a high level of pension administration by demonstrating continuous improvements in knowledge, productivity and quality; together with an enhanced member service experience.
