Your new exciting occupational pension's role with hybrid working, for an in-house scheme will be supporting the Pensions Lead with the day-to-day administration for a Pensions Department of seven. The company's Defined Benefit Scheme administration is in-house, and closed to new entrants. The Defined Contribution scheme is outsourced to external TPA. You will work closely with other departments/teams both internal and external in order to provide a total service to pension department customers e.g. Pensions Accounts, Payroll, Administration Support and IT.

In such a small team environment every member of the pension's administration team is valued and your work will be critical to ensuring ongoing good service to employees. 2 days home working option available, and 3 on site. 1 month on site for initial training, thereafter hybrid working.
