This is a unique role where you will take the lead on a broad range of duties including technical queries, complex cases and complaint investigation / management?
The role will be hybrid with continued home working being an option with possible office bases in Yorkshire, Surrey or Hertfordshire.
We are looking for a very strong Senior Administrator or Team Leader who wants a Lead role without people management responsibilities. You must be able to talk to key clients and Trustees with confidence and outstanding technical competence.
