Pensions Business Analyst

Are you ready for the challenge? Ready to take on a key role for this well-regarded pension's administration firm at a time of growth? If so, you will initially be working within an Implementation and Client Projects team ultimately ensuring the service provided to scheme members and trustee boards is at the high level expected.

You will utilise your excellent pension’s knowledge, alongside previous experience in a similar role, though those with a strong technical pension's administration background will be considered.

In conjunction with key stakeholders and project managers you will assist in translating the business case into a project brief and plans utilising agreed templates and methodologies.

Utilising your excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build relationships with management, all staff and clients, you will help facilitate change in what will be a small but fast-paced business environment.

Other responsibilities where you will assist colleagues will include developing business specifications and assisting developers to translate these into functional specifications and to develop test plans/strategies. You will also provide expertise on the overall business processes around which the project is focused and provide business expertise in those areas.
