This is a newly created position to join a successful and rapidly growing pension's consultancy who provide high quality services to UK pension schemes. They are seeking an experienced Pensions Business Analyst who can act as the link between the Systems Team and other areas of the business, particularly the Administration Team.
You will have experience of developing process-training material alongside excellent technical knowledge of DB and DC occupational pension schemes.
You will be responsible for representing client requirements to other parts of the business and help to manage stakeholders' expectations; managing requirements through solution design to delivery and test. You will be producing detailed calculation proformas and performing acceptance testing of calculations, analysing data quality, identifying issues and proposing solutions.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and ability to adapt to changing priorities is essential together with strong interpersonal people and influencing skills. You will be a creative problem solver with good written and verbal communication skills and an advanced Excel user with general systems aptitude.
