Are you able to attend the Central London office on an irregular basis, maybe once a week at most depending on the level of skills you can bring to this company? Effectively you will be responsible for the employee benefits offering, with much of the role being a relationship management one, helping clients with their ongoing needs, offering solutions and providing an excellent service to a broad range of clients; from a well-known High Street retailer to smaller, local companies.
You will ideally bring with you experience in a similar role, dealing with annual renewals, working with pension providers amongst other third parties, all the while keeping up to date with industry changes, attending seminars and workshops.
There is also the potential to increase the bonus you will receive through recommending your clients, as well as generating new business, to your colleagues in the wealth management/advisory team.
Ideally you will have the relevant professional qualifications to support your application such as Diploma Level and GR1.
