As Team Leader you will support the management of day-to-day member services, including online services, ensuring administration systems are fully maintained and services delivered to agreed standards and in line with procedures. You will ensure day-to-day active, deferred and pensioner member administration is carried out and monitored to agreed time and quality standards, undertake complex administration tasks and check Team's work as required.
You will already have a broad knowledge of specific pension's legislation and HMRC requirements relating to occupational pension schemes, and be keen to develop and maintain the pension's administration system and be involved in developing future communication strategies. You will enjoy coaching and developing your team, who you will help with the more complex/out of the ordinary or sensitive cases. You will be there to resolve any member issues, and be confident dealing will different parties internally/externally from Trustees to member solicitors.
