Woof woof! If your dog has got used to having you at home and does not want you to return to the office, take them with you when you move to this forward-thinking employer, and even then you both only need to work in the office 2 days per week. You would have to be barking mad not to read on… and that includes pension's administrators without dogs, who are looking for the ideal next long-term career move. Employee turnover in this pensions department is very low and we suspect you may not want to leave for some time to come, especially with your canine best friend under your desk.
You will be a member focused and dedicated individual with previous experience within occupational pension's administration, who in this role is about to become part of a talented in-house Pensions Service Delivery team as a Pensions Administrator. This is a friendly and supportive team providing the full lifecycle of pension administration services for scheme members and their dependants in line with service level agreements and in accordance with legislation, policy conditions, business rules, and regulatory framework. You will contribute to the overall goals of the team, completing administration and telephony tasks and achieving excellent service in line with procedural and Service Level requirements.
With at least a very basic grounding in pension administration, by now you will have some knowledge of defined benefit and/or defined contribution schemes and basic experience of working within a pension administration team, where hopefully you have acquired a team oriented approach, excellent interpersonal and telephone skills. A nurturing employer, you will be given lots of training from virtual to time with your colleagues onsite to learn the department ethics and company ethos. As part of a top 100 pension scheme in size in the UK, you are about to embark on a very exciting career.
Abenefit2u look forward to hearing from you... Apologies but human applications only, dogs may not apply on owners' behalf
