You are a PAYROLL specialist in the PENSIONS PAYROLL area, and now you are about to join a small friendly team within Payroll, but be part of a very large in-house pension scheme department, for one of the biggest pension schemes in the UK.

You will ensure that a professional and efficient administration pension's payroll service is provided to employees/members of the scheme and do so in accordance with their own in-house SLA's and agreed administrative procedures. You will demonstrate pension's payroll system knowledge, and excellent customer care skills with the ability to communicate / interact at all levels within the organisation and externally of the organisation. You will also possess very good diagnostic, analytical and process skills and have the ability to work under pressure to payroll deadlines.
