An interesting new permanent role with this award-winning firm providing pensions administration services to multiple employers. The perfect new role for a Pension's professional with a passion for Data! Reporting to the Head of Benefits you will be managing the team responsible for general administration, bulk processing and scheme data integrity. You will be supporting the team to identify problems, inaccuracies, and recurring issues and analyse their causes in order to reach and to provide a solution. Generate data retrievals and reports alongside resolving routine and non-routine queries and data problems.
You will have a strong technical background and stay abreast of pension industry legislation and issues in order to meet the requirements of the role. Defined Benefit / CARE scheme knowledge is essential. You must have advanced spreadsheet data analysis and calculation skills with strong MI reporting experience and the ability to balance effort and gain. UPM experience would be ideal. People Management experience including supervising the activities of others including coaching, mentoring and managing performance is also required.
Currently home-based this role will return to being based in the modern offices in the heart of the City when guidelines allow, hopefully by the end of the year.
