We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated Employee Benefits Administrator to join this successful firm during an exciting period of fantastic growth. You will have Private Medical & Group Risk Administration experience, a knowledge of other benefits including Health Cash Plans, Employee Assistance programs, Wellness & Dental Insurance would be useful but not essential.
You will be looking after a client portfolio ranging from SME's to FTSE100, dealing with both client and provider enquiries. You will be co-ordinating annual renewals, collecting and cleansing data, undertaking re-broking exercises and drafting client recommendation reports, as well as ensuring service level agreements are met.
Working from Head Office, you will be working in a vibrant environment where your career path will be fully supported to develop you to a Risk & Healthcare Consultant in the longer term.
