We have a new opportunity for you to join this highly-regarded consultancy working as a Senior Analyst providing support to their Pensions Administration business.
In this role your primary focus will be as the Product Lead for their electronic documentation system. This will encompass owning and delivering development activities, providing technical and product knowledge to support the application to others in the team, developing strong relationships with third party support partners and also internal business stakeholders.
In addition, the successful applicant will be required to provide support to the Application Support Manager, covering key decisions during annual leave, etc.
To be a success in this role you will be able demonstrate previous experience of working with pension administration, electronic document management systems and/or business management process systems (Workflow).
You will also have the ability to lead in the scoping of projects, designing of solutions to resolve business problems, document the solutions and deliver the implementation of the designed solutions.
These responsibilities alongside providing expert advice and to take the technical lead on system improvement/enhancement projects will see you make a significant contribution to this area of the business at a time of new business success and continued growth.
