An excellent opportunity for a Team Leader to join the special Projects Team of this leading consultancy. We are ideally seeking candidates who are keen to return to an office environment (subject to safety guidelines at the time) although 1 or 2 days per week at home will definitely be considered. Maybe you are missing the buzz of the office and the novelty of working from the kitchen table is wearing thin? Perhaps you are a Senior Administrator being overlooked for promotion and greater responsibilities with your current employer? Whatever your reason for considering a new role this opportunity could be the perfect one for you!

You will become a valued asset to our client's fast growing pension's administration business. Managing a team of Administrators, you will be responsible for meeting a monthly rolling schedule of objectives including weekly team reviews, developing skills within the team and managing workloads that are primarily project and reporting based.

As Projects Team Leader you will be working on client projects within the Master Trust. You will plan and control all client-based projects and report progress to the client and Operations Management. DC pension's knowledge is essential (previous Master Trust experience would be advantageous).
