Abenefit2u compile a shortlist of only the most suitable prospective employees for the employer to review. Every recruitment campaign will have different responses and these will depend upon the type of role, locality and salary/benefit package. For example, popular positions that are centrally based with good reward packages receive high applications.

CVs are listed/graded according to suitability.
The employer can choose how many

A and B employees
(set of 3-5 CV in each category) *

(set of 3-5 CV in each category) *

*Providing a choice of second tier employees offers the client a reserve list should any ‘A list’ employees withdraw or secure employment elsewhere before reaching interview stage.
