Abenefit2u understand that from the moment an applicant contacts us about a job vacancy the way that we treat them reflects not just on us, but on you, the employers we represent.

When we register your vacancy we aspire to:

  • Portray your company professionally and therefore attract the best applicants
  • Minimise your output by maximising our input wherever we are able during the recruitment process

Successful Applicants

Abenefit2u pre-screens all potential applicants for suitable vacancies on behalf of our clients.
All candidates are required to complete our registration documents.  ID, entitlement to work in the UK, references are all sought.
Once the registration and pre-screening process is complete we produce a shortlist of the most suitable applicants.

Unsuccessful Applicants

Abenefit2u responds to ALL applicants, whether suitable or unsuitable.  If an employee is NOT suitable for your vacancy or other roles that Abenefit2u specialise in, we will advise them immediately by email, post or telephone.  Wherever possible we will recommend alternate avenues to explore, not only assisting them in their career progression, but ensuring that their perception of your and our organisation is one of promptness, honesty and helpfulness.
