Offer
Presentation

When you are ready to make an offer of employment we can advise you of the salary the candidate will accept and any other factors that may affect their decision.  After their acceptance we advise you of a start date and continue to retain contact with the candidate until this date.

The rapport we have with our candidates is very important to us and we always stress to them that, should they have any concerns or queries, they should call us straight away, whether an evening or weekend.  We are on hand to talk to them through each stage:

  • Offer
  • Acceptance
  • Resignation
  • Commencement
  • First quarter of first year of employment
  • Employer only – 2-4 times a year, asking to forward our well wishes

Notice Period

A counter offer may be offered immediately upon resignation, or at any time during an employee’s notice period.  This is why Abenefit2u are constantly in contact with our candidates not just at offer acceptance stage but throughout the resignation period.

Keep in Touch

Abenefit2u send all our new starters a tray of our own branded cakes on the day they commence employment to welcome and wish them luck in their new job, and to offer to their new colleagues when being introduced.  We retain contact for a further three months or until we are notified they are settled and content in their new position.

Feedback

Just as we ask you to complete a Service Survey, the same is asked of our candidates.  Abenefit2u are continually using feedback to constantly improve our service provision.
