Previous experience of managing a pensions administration team? Good knowledge of DC schemes and the processing of contributions and their investment? Have you worked with Profund and oPen? If so, please read on as my client has an urgent need for your skills and experience.
With responsibility for managing a small team on-shore and regularly liaising with off-shore staff, your team will look to provide a high quality and accurate service to your clients in the investment of contributions for both DB but more importantly DC. You will expect to have direct contact with clients and investment managers. It is vital for this team to continue to meet Service Levels and invest and reconcile contributions to a very high standard.
Other aspects of this role will include providing MI to the Administration Manager, providing training and mentoring to your team, as well as looking to continually improve processes and procedures.
