Ideally, you will have technical experience within pensions administration, with skills in SQL, VBA and VB.Net. Training will be provided to strengthen these skills and provide you with further knowledge needed for success in this role. Prospective candidates will possess an advanced level of Microsoft Office skills. Our client would consider training candidates from a pensions administration background if they do not yet have all of the technical requirements.
Familiar with data processing, possibly with some understanding of database structures, system design issues and business analysis concepts, you will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the importance of data in a business environment.
You will prepare analyses using SQL and other data interrogation techniques, prepare spread sheets to interpret data and produce reports on findings of data analysis. You will also be involved in future developments/enhancements on existing data analysis and data management platforms and produce programs to implement these enhancements where able.
