You will need hands on pension administration experience, this will provide you with the knowledge and understanding to work on the cleansing side of pensions data. There are a number of areas the client may require your assistance on, data where your pensions administration skills will be highly advantageous. The data team are involved in reconciliations and data mapping, as well as cleansing the member records. They therefore require candidates who ideally have advanced Excel skills; experience of Compendia is also highly beneficial but not essential.
