You will be providing consultancy services covering all aspects of IT infrastructure and requirements for the company’s products. You will be instrumental in providing technical recommendations when proposing the requisition of hard/software. Your responsibilities will include managing and maintaining an excellent working relationship with client managers and their clients in relation to all technical aspects of our Client’s operations and products.
You will be providing technical pre-sales and implementation support to Client Managers on new business. Working on Helpdesk logs to ensure that they are dealt with in a timely and appropriate manner consistent with company objectives and also undertaking investigations into strategic aspects of IT infrastructure.
To be considered for this diverse and rewarding role you will have good general IT Technical knowledge and an excellent working knowledge of internal technical environments and infrastructure. You will be able to demonstrate experience of a customer service role and solid knowledge of Oracle (or other relational databases) and AIX. Ideally you will be qualified to degree level and have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
