In between roles? Looking for a short-term contract or even one that may turn out to be longer than expected within a large in-house pensions scheme? We have an urgent need for a Senior Pensions Administrator to join our Client on a temporary basis.

You will be on hand to provide help to members and third parties to ensure all queries are answered in a timely and professional manner. To ensure nil complaints are received. Additionally overseeing junior administration staff and providing supervisory support to the Team Leader as required. You must have both defined contribution and defined benefit knowledge and ideally have worked within third party administration previously although those candidates with in-house only experience will be considered.

You will already have considerable occupational pensions experience and demonstrate good technical knowledge of UK pensions and legislation, be able to work independently and also as part of a team, a self-starter, results driven, who demonstrates initiative. Your work will be accurate, reliable and you should be able to cope with time constraints. You are an effective communicator at all levels, especially with fund members to deliver a positive service. If you possess the QPA or are PMI qualified this will be very advantageous but not essential.
