This is an excellent opportunity to join this award-winning full service employee benefits and reward consultancy in this vital role of Client Director of New Business. You will be ultimately responsible for the retention and income growth of a portfolio of existing accounts and for the generation of new income through new business acquisition.
Your role will include the proactive acquisition of new profitable clients and to work effectively with marketing and support services to generate opportunities and campaigns. You will also look to network your own client portfolio to generate leads and prospect opportunities.
Other aspects of this challenging yet rewarding role include responding to tender and proposal opportunities, supporting the business through meaningful and appropriate PR contribution. You will also be expected to attend and contribute towards the company’s seminar programme and other industry events where required.
Your skills and attributes will include an in-depth knowledge of benefits and the benefits market including good healthcare product knowledge. A wider knowledge of other benefits such as flex and risk would be advantageous. You will also have a proven record in account development, as well as securing and building new client relationships.
