Interview with Consultant
Abenefit2u are always very keen and totally delighted to meet with all new applicants. Getting to know each applicant personally, being able to share in their enjoyment when we find the job of their dreams is one of the most enjoyable aspects of our role.
We interview employees not just during office hours, but in the evenings and at weekends. Abenefit2u understands how difficult it is for employees to leave the office during work hours or take time off for interviews.
We have a variety of interview methods available:
- In person at our offices
- In person at a mutually convenient place for all parties
- In person on ‘interview days’ for specialist campaigns
- Web Cam/Skype
- Telephone
Abenefit2u interviews combine competency based interview questions and ‘free talk’ time based around employee’s career (past, present and future).

When you make an application for a vacancy, we will always ask you if you are able to attend an interview in person with a consultant. We appreciate however, that you may not always be able to do this dependant on your home/work residence or time demands/prior commitments and will use whichever method is most convenient and suitable at the time for you.
Note: If you have web cam facility on your computer there are numerous FREE internet call providers. Two very popular ones are msn and Skype. Instructions on how to set up a FREE account with these providers are on their websites and very quick, clear and simple.
