Candidate interview

Abenefit2u requests all applicants attend an interview with a consultant.

Interview methods available:

  • In person at our offices
  • In person at a mutually convenient place for all parties
  • In person on ‘interview days’ for specialist campaigns *
  • Web Cam/Skype
  • Telephone

* Dependant on the type of role/size of recruitment campaign, we can book conference rooms/mobile offices for 1-2 days to interview employees who have applied for a position and passed the Abenefit2u pre-screening process.  We can host interviews anywhere in the UK, which is why we are able to provide recruitment services across the whole of the UK.

Abenefit2u understands how difficult it is for employees to leave the office or take time off for interviews.  We interview employees not just during office hours, but in the evenings and at weekends.

The expected interview duration for a candidate is:

Junior to Senior– 20 minutes to 45 minutes **
Management to Executive– 45 minutes to 2 hours **

** For specialist or large recruitment campaigns employers can request specific questions or interview formats.  These can be incorporated into Abenefit2u interview procedure.

Abenefit2u interviews combine competency based interview questions and ‘free talk’ time based around the candidate’s career (past, present and future).
