Abenefit2u are delighted to offer employers outplacement support in any areas we are able to assist.
We can provide every aspect of the service we provide to direct applicants, but we also understand that this will be a sensitive time for your employees. Some employees may have taken voluntary redundancy, others may not have been expecting to have their employment terminated, but none would have been expecting to need to be proactively planning to move careers at this time. They therefore may need additional help and guidance during this period of transition and change.
Where large numbers of staff are being released at the same time we can offer onsite visits to your company. We will interview each individual employee, offering advice and guidance about the employment market and positions available at the current time.
