If your organisation is undertaking a Salary Benchmarking exercise and needs advice on your current company remuneration provision, Abenefit2u would be delighted to assist.

To allow our evaluation to be as accurate as is possible we will need a current job description and person specification for the position/s you would like us to benchmark.   If you do not have these, we can still help and give an overview but it will not be as in-depth.

There are many factors that affect why two people at different employers appearing to be doing the same role have different company remunerations.  A good job description and person specification can help highlight the differences e.g. Professional Qualifications and Contributions to the Industry will increase the market value of an employee.

We will discuss other salary benchmarking criteria with you dependant on your request.  You may just wish to know if you are competitive locally or you may want to know how you compare against the national average.   If some of your employees have recently left to join a competitor/s we may be able to offer guidance on what other employers within the occupational pension and benefit sector are offering and suggestions to prevent further ‘staff migrations’.  There are many other criteria that can affect market remuneration trends.
