Employees location, screening and turnaround times
Abenefit2u undertake careful and rigorous screening of employees upon application, some of which will be registered solely with Abenefit2u.
Using a specialist recruitment package designed by the market leader in recruitment software, all employees and employers are coded the day they contact us. Once we know what you are looking for we can enter your requirements on our database and have a list of potential candidates within minutes.
- At junior level we can have a short list to you within 2 hours
- At senior and executive level it can take from 2-6 hours
Time is taken to check each employee’s requirements against the employers, ensure that they are suitable and then call the prospective employee and discuss the position with them.
If we receive a vacancy in the morning we aim to have a set of resume to you by the end of the same day. If prospective employees are unavailable then we aim to forward resume to you by the following day at the very latest. We pride ourselves on 24 hour turnaround times on all employee database searches for employers.
We understand that high calibre employees can be hard to locate, and not always actively looking for new employment or applying to advertisements. Using state of the art database technology we have the resources to locate, source and provide you with these individuals.

Abenefit2u are members of all relevant professional bodies within the pension and recruitment industries. We attend industry events, comprehensively read industry publications and network extensively with employers and employees, ensuring that we remain in touch with and fully aware of the ever changing and developing Occupational Pension and Benefit sector.
Maintaining service levels
When Abenefit2u have filled your vacancy we will ask you to complete our Service Survey, using your feedback to constantly improve our service provision. We know that an organisation is only as good as the people who work for you. Our aim is to always exceed your expectations and ensure we find the right individual/s for each role/s, every time.
Additional help
Our service does not end when a person commences employment; we retain contact and are able to offer advice as and when you require, for example, on ways to retain existing staff, salary benchmarking, office relocations, outplacements.

Abenefit2u offer a competitive fee structure, which reduces depending on which type of service you require and agency status for the mandate. In line with Abenefit2u’s environmentally friendly and charitable work ethic, we make a 1% donation to charity from every placement fee.
