Outplacement
For Employees

‘Outplacement’ means ‘job placement assistance’.

Outplacement assistance is provided by, but not necessarily directly given by, an organisation undergoing staff reductions.  The employer provides outplacement assistance to those employees who are being released from employment.

  • Free office space and secretarial support, including use of computers and telephones

  • Interview guidance, including types of test and assessments.
  • Networking
