To allow our evaluation to be as accurate as possible we will need a current job description and person specification for your position.  If you do not have these, we can still help and give an overview but it will not be as in-depth.

There are many factors that affect why two people at different employers appearing to be doing the same role have different company remunerations.  A good job description and person specification can help highlight the differences e.g. Professional Qualifications and Contributions to the Industry will increase the market value of an employee.
