Abenefit2u are keen to maximise the potential of your CV when we send it to an employer. We use a clear and ‘easy to read’ template, ensuring that employers are provided with all the information they need from first glance. Profile
We collate information during our initial interview with you, extra details which may not have been included in your CV, or based on our own general observations. For example, each employer is looking for different characters and by understanding your personality we can ensure that we find the right team and department fit to make you happy. Office environments can vary from large and corporate, small and informal or a standalone role within pensions; culture can vary from corporate with a business dress code to a casual and relaxed department. Some employers will be very focused on professional qualifications and encourage employees to ‘climb the career ladder’ whilst others are just looking for a steady employee who may stay in the same role for ten years. By understanding what culture fit is best for you we can sell this to the employer so that they can already imagine you working within their team.
We include your past achievements and future career aspirations, where you would like to be in two, five or ten years time. This will help an employer to assess whether they are able to offer the opportunities that you are seeking both in the long-term, as well as short-term.
