Abenefit2u collate information during every interview, which is clearly documented on the employee’s resume that Abenefit2u presents to employers:

• Employee’s original CV information is inserted into ‘easy to read format’ for employer*
  *Abenefit2u does not change the employee’s original CV wording.  The information from the   employee’s original resume is transferred to the Abenefit2u master template to allow the employer to read the information quickly and in the same order for every employee submitted, whilst still retaining the original text.
• Reason for leaving current and previous employers
• Career aspirations
• Current and required remuneration package
• Locations -  reside, travel and relocate to
• Notice period
• Profile
  A paragraph by an Abenefit2u consultant summarising the core points from the interview with the candidate. Includes experience summary, achievements, attributes and aspirations
• Reference status i.e. taken, in process of being taken, declined to give
