Contacting Candidates & Presenting Vacancies

Abenefit2u consultants call employees about ALL new vacancies in order to provide a comprehensive overview of each position and to verbalise all of the exciting aspects of the role that cannot always be translated clearly in written word alone.  This will also allow us to confirm if they do/do not wish to apply for the position very quickly.

Abenefit2u then email (our preferred choice as a GREEN company)/post a Job Profile to compliment the conversation and allow the employee to read about the vacancy and employer at leisure.  They are then able to contact Abenefit2u when convenient with any new questions and confirm, if they have not done so already, whether they do/do not wish to apply for the position.
