Our strategy is to provide a UK-wide and international network of consultants, home-based and mobile who can react immediately to client and candidate needs. Travelling to surrounding companies to visit clients, greeting and entertaining candidates on site or locally. Providing all parties with as much time needed to fully understand requirements, build trust and establish long-term working relationships.

Qualifications
Abenefit2u consultants undertake intensive and regular ongoing internal and external training and have the opportunity to study for REC (Recruitment & Employment Confederation) qualifications. We have staff within Abenefit2u of Fellowship (FIRP) status, only attainable after 10 years experience and service to the recruitment industry.

Abenefit2u are strong advocates of CPD and attend talks and seminars as often as possible to remain up to date with our market.
