Interview Feedback

Please call Abenefit2u as soon as you leave your interview and have found a convenient place to speak freely.

We will ask you various questions and listen to your thoughts and comments in general, using your answers to provide the employer with Employee Interview Feedback.  It is very helpful for us if you are able to give as much feedback as possible about the interview.

It will be very rare that only one person is applying for a position, it is very likely that you will have competition.  If you feel that you have done well at interview, fabulous, but so might other applicants; your positive feedback is important to place you in the forefront of the employer’s mind.  If you feel that you could have done better and there was a good reason for this, tell us, we can convey these details to the client and they can then take them into account when short-listing or making a final decision.  We all say or do things in a way that we did not mean them to sound or appear; interviews are no different.  If you conveyed something about yourself wrongly, you have a chance to clear up any confusion by giving Abenefit2u your explanation.  We will then pass this on to the employer when giving your interview feedback.
